Refunds 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your product to request a return. All products are final sale. However, we will issue refunds for any products that are not up to our strict standards. The product will need to be returned to 1030 Confederation St. Sarnia Ontario before a refund will be processed. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and it will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
If you are looking to exchange a product for any reason it must be done in store at 1030 Confederation St. Sarnia ON. You will need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
